Discipline tool
Cancer Immunology Research publishes outstanding original articles reporting major advances in cancer immunology that span the discipline from basic investigations in host-tumor interactions to developmental therapeutics in model systems, early translational studies in patients, and late-stage clinical trials. The journal disseminates knowledge of immunology to the cancer research community, catalyzing cross-disciplinary work that yields a deeper understanding of the host-tumor relationship, more potent cancer treatments, and improved clinical outcomes.
The Cambridge Immunology Network is designed to showcase and enhance the University of Cambridge's position as a leading international centre for research and teaching in immunology
General Database Information
This section of the Three Rs microsite provides useful links and information to help visitors easily find a wide range of resources.
Animal Research Info-is an international collaboration of scientists and researchers. As expert contributors, we provide and edit the content, making it as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
By generating and making public data that indicates how cells respond to various genetic and environmental stressors, the LINCS project will help us gain a more detailed understanding of cell pathways and aid efforts to develop therapies.
UMC regularly publishes scientific papers in a range of international journals. These papers record progress and results from research into clinical or methodological issues in pharmacovigilance.
FRAME is dedicated to the development of new and valid methods that will replace the need for laboratory animals in medical and scientific research, education, and testing. Where the use of animals is currently necessary, FRAME supports the reduction of numbers involved to an unavoidable minimum and refinement of experimental procedures to minimise any suffering caused. The E-learning resource of FRAME has been set up to provide teachers, school children, students and general supporters with information about the different areas of animal experimentation and with specific resources as to how it can be reduced, refined or replaced.
